The Canon Ixus digital camera is a great lightweight, compact camera that improves on last years 200 model in various ways. If you're looking for a solid, all purpose beautiful digital camera, Canon delivers once again.
FEATURES:
14 meagapixels
HD movies
5x wide angles optical zoom lens
3.5 inch LCD screen
Beautiful design
Litium battery (around 220 shots)
Weight: 160g
Dimensions: 99.3 x 55.7 x 22mm
Touchscreen
Just like last year's 200 model, the 210 Canon Ixus digital camera is "touchscreen". The screen responds quite nicely and it's ease of use is augmented by the large, clear font that is used for the various menus.
The large 3.5 inch screen not only provides a large viewing area for your picture previews, but it allows easy "touchscreen" control. Your fingers have plenty of room to operate.
Image Quality
The outdoor picture quality on the Canon Ixus digital camera is one of it's standout features. In comparison to other digi cameras on the market, the Canon's outdoor colors and sharpness are top notch. Perfect for hitting the great outdoors to snap some nature shots!
Indoor photography is also handled well. The Ixus' fash is not too overpowering and illuminates people well.
For a digital camera, the picture quality is very good, an aspect Canon cameras have always excelled at.
Styling
The Canon Ixus digital camera is very appealing to look at. It's rounded edges mold to your hand nicely and the various colors offered give the customer a nice choice of style.
Ease of Use
As I stated above the touchscreen is clear and easy to use. The menu's are clear and easily navigated. Obviously, like any camera, spending a little time with the manual will save you a bunch of trial and error bumbling around later! As with most cameras, no memory car or built in memory comes with the camera, so plan on buying a nice sized card. Luckily memory cards are pretty inexpensive these days.
Overall, this is a great camera that, in my opinion, sets the benchmark for personal digital cameras. I can heartily recommend the Canon Ixus digital camera in full confidence!
As an aside, I recently bought this camera last month and I have been uploading my photos to various stock photo sites.
I'm not sure if you know this but you can make good money [http://digitalcameracashmaker.com] uploading your photos to these types of sites. I made $336 in my first week! Plus that was just from photos I already had on my hard drive! (sorry I get excited about the potential)
