I recognize that I'm a fan of Canon cameras and the EOS Digital Rebel line has always been a personal favorite. The Rebel Xsi is put forward a more professional performance at a reasonable price and is sure to please the budding amateur and professional photographer alike. Many bought the EOS XTi (400 d) for so many years, that Canon will be asked which introduce the next evolution in this lineup: EOS XSi (450 D). This new model, Canon already not used in "Digital" in the name of the camera, calling it simply the EOS Rebel XSi or the EOS 450 D.

The improvements include a new processor image, DIGIC III (which uses the same 1 mark (d) (iii)), which provides a digital to analog conversion of 14-bit AF, improved, reduction of noise at ISO and automatic correction contrast and brightness. The new processor also allows you to take photos at 3.5 frames per second, or take six consecutively without a break in high quality photos or 45 RAW images in JPG. The camera can shoot a surprisingly high 12.2 megapixels. It also comes with a new 3-inch LCD screen and a promise that the battery will last 50% longer. All this without changing the dimensions of form factor.

For the first time in this type of cameras, Canon has stopped using CompactFlash memory cards - traditionally used by professionals - and has begun to use cards SD and SDHC, which are commonly found on models for amateur consumers. The price remains the same as its predecessor: $800 (approximately) for the body only without lens and $900 (approximately) for the body on a new lens 18-55 mm f/3.5-5.6 optical image stabilizer. (Image stabilization), is a feature previously found only in professional lenses. This camera has been available since mid-2008, and judging by all the improvements will be the best rebel Canon already impressive lineup.
