When Canon announced the time rumors and due to expected Canon EOS 60 D not everyone was ecstatic about the specifications that you put in front of them but that was quite predictable. With a new class of camera introduced with the launch of the Canon 7 d has led to questions about the future of the Canon XXD series. This becomes one major problem when take a look at the Canon EOS 550 D in the right hands can already give the EOS 7 D some stiff competition. So do choose the Canon EOS 60 D? He was Canon out of their minds and this is really a marketing blunder?
Does it makes sense to buy the Canon 60 D?
The first consideration would be the idea of "update" minor at intervals of more cameras. Looking at the specifications, it is definitely clear that moving within 60 days of the 550 D and 60 D to the 7 D (or its future replacement) would make sense. While some may choose to jump directly from the 550 D to the 7 D, that would be really depends the final price tag once 60 D fully released on the market.
Now would that you say it makes sense?
Canon EOS 7 d 550 - Canon EOS 60 7 d
Better layout of controls with a top LCD which many DSLR users find indispensable in a faster body with improved firing continuous burst and wide range of shutter speed LCD capable of inclination for those who need to shoot awkward angles integrated Speedlite transmitter for best lighting control camera a weather-resistant body
Do choose Canon 60 D instead of Canon 7 D?
Cheaper body (money matter....) (How much will depend on the eventual price differences) LCD capable of inclination for those needing to shoot at angles difficult if they do not need continuous speed more than 5.3 fps burst wants to light possible camera that can do the job (those 65 g will make a difference after some time)
A faster body with continuous burst shooting and maximum shots per burst a stronger body for greater flexibility transmissive LCD screen during the filming of 19 points of type cross AF system for those who need a more precise control
(NEGATIVE) You lose the tilt-able LCD
Although I still see people buying cameras that are totally beyond their current capacities, I think that there are many photographers out there who will be happy to receive your "updates" without having to break the Bank getting the Canon EOS 60 D instead of the Canon EOS 7 d
